Oh, it feels like only yesterday my baby was born. Now, he’s a little man. Kind of crazy! Any who, today was less about general party planning and more about the menu. I was really focusing on cute treats that are adult and kid friendly. It sounds easy enough but that kind of stuff never is.
The first thing I needed to decide was whether I wanted simple or complex flavors. I decided on a bit of both. I would use savory chocolate (dark chocolate) and white chocolate as well as vanilla candy melts.
The menu remains in the planning stage but I am sure I can pull all the treats I want together. One things is for sure: It will be memorable. So far, my menu includes oreo truffles and cake pops for the sweet and fruit skewers to add something healthy.
